Full Circle Land Design, LLC Limited Warranty
All construction shall, unless otherwise specified herein, carry a one-year warranty from the date on the invoice on materials and workmanship excluding neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage from acts of God. Where applicable, manufacturers’ warranty shall apply. Warranties will be voided in cases of physical and or chemical damage, neglect in watering or pest control, or in accounts over 60 days past due from date of invoice. All material is warranted to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of materials, or if this cannot be done practically, the refund of the purchase price paid by the homeowner to the company if the homeowner is willing to accept such a refund. Full Circle Land Design, LLC is not liable for any consequential damages other than incidental damages expressly imposed by law arising out of the failure of any part of the work done or the material used on the homeowner's job.
Full Circle Land Design warrants plants and sod to be true to name and in healthy growing condition when installed. It is then the responsibility of the owner to supply plants and sod with sufficient water and fertilizer throughout the year to keep them healthy.
Newly installed landscape plants may suffer transplant shock, particularly during the hot summer months. It is imperative that plants receive proper care so as to minimize stress. Under a proper in-ground irrigation system, trees and shrubs are warranted for one year following the date of installation and will be replaced once within the warranty period, should they die. Annuals, perennials, bulbs, and ground cover are NOT warranted.
Sod is warranted for 14 days following the date of installation and will be replaced once in areas where sod has not succeeded.
Full Circle Land Design assumes no liability for replacement of plants or sod killed or damaged by pests, insect infestation, abnormal weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control; nor will we replace plants experiencing "seasonal die-back" when pruning and proper care will restore them to health. Transplanted shrubs or trees are NOT covered under warranty.
Full Circle Land Design cannot warrant against weed growth in plant beds or lawn due to the germination of dormant seeds prevalent in the soil.
All orders for landscape plants are accepted under the foregoing conditions, and no other warranty, whether expressed or implied, will apply.
